DNA sequence and community structure diversity of multi-year soil fungi in Grape of Xinjiang

Abstract This study is designed to understand the community structure and diversity of fungi in rhizosphere soil grape. As sample for this study, Crimson seedless grape with different planting years was collected from Shihezi Xinjiang carry out high-throughput sequencing, by which complete sequence DNA identified, accordingly, richness index were determined. The results showed that dominant phyla Ascomycota Basidiomycota , classes Sordariomycetes Dothideomycetes . Soil organic matter, total potassium, nitrogen available phosphorus main fertility factors affecting abundance fungal communities, among matter had most significant influence.
